HotJazzIsMySpecialty “Asia” is a 2009 registered AQHA bay mare by Sonny’s Hot Jazz out of Special Hailey that stands just over 16 hh. Asia is a lovely hunter with consistent form over fences and also excels as an equitation mount. Placed in the Top 20 in the open junior hunter hack at the AQHA Congress as a 5 year old in her first time showing over fences. Is a full sibling to AQHA world champion Hail Yes I’m Hot. Asia has shown in the baby greens and adult intermediate hunters and equitation with an adult amateur on 2015 and 2016 KHJA circuit. Was the 2016 year end champion for the KHJA local Adult Intermediate Equitation division and placed 2nd overall for the year in the KHJA Adult Medal. Asia has three comfortable gaits, a finished lead change, knows counter canter and lateral work. Hacks out in company or alone and has been ridden and jumped bareback and bridleless. She is an easy mare to get along with and bonds closely with her person.
